The Mediator
Christ Jesus is the mediator for the Jews and He is their servant. Rom 15:8. Why? To do His Father's will and to bring His Father's will to earth. The government of God. The promise made to Abraham. And to the Jews. But the Jews did not know Jesus when He came. This was good for us, Gentiles. Rom 7:4 when we come to know Christ the curse was removed through Christ. In order that we might bare fruit for God. How? Rom 8:2 says we are now set free from the law of sin and death. No longer a slave to the law of sin. Why? Yes, to bear fruit for God. How? By being a slave or a king, which is the same thing in the kingdom of God's government. How? By faith we are descendants of Abraham. And it says the descendants of Abraham are required to give a tenth to the Jews who God chose to set in His government. This is how the descendants of Abraham show their love for God. Heb 7:5 and it says Heb 7:8 giving to God's government by giving to the Jews is the same as giving to God. This is why the gospel says “to the Jew first”. Now this takes faith on our part because in Rom 11:28, the Jews in God's government are enemies of the gospel. It is those of us whom serve by faith that are descendants of Abraham. The enemies of the gospel are loved by those who serve the gospel because it instructs “to the Jew first”. Rom 1:16-17 The gospel's giving requirements of the law for the descendants of Abraham was past down to the church like this:
(1Cor 16:1 [NIV2])
Now about the collection for the Lord’s people: Do what I told the Galatian churches to do.
(1Cor 16:2 [NIV2])
On the first day of every week, each one of you should set aside a sum of money in keeping with your income, saving it up, so that when I come no collections will have to be made.
(1Cor 16:3 [NIV2])
Then, when I arrive, I will give letters of introduction to the men you approve and send them with your gift to Jerusalem.
If it looks like some of the Jews have been broken off the the olive tree, it is for you. God will graft His people back in. So if you have say anything about the Jews it should be this:
(Rom 11:19 [NIV2])
You will say then, “Branches were broken off so that I could be grafted in.”
(Rom 11:24 [NIV2])
After all, if you were cut out of an olive tree that is wild by nature, and contrary to nature were grafted into a cultivated olive tree, how much more readily will these, the natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree!
The church disagrees with this verse and believes they are the new olive tree. What does your church believe?
(Rom 11:25 [NIV2])
I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers and sisters, so that you may not be conceited: Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full number of the Gentiles has come in,
(Rom 11:26 [NIV2])
and in this way all Israel will be saved. As it is written: “The deliverer will come from Zion; he will turn godlessness away from Jacob.
I know of no church that serves those at the table no one shows them kindness.
(Rom 11:22 [NIV2])
Consider therefore the kindness and sternness of God: sternness to those who fell, but kindness to you, provided that you continue in his kindness. Otherwise, you also will be cut off.
(Rom 11:23 [NIV2])
And if they do not persist in unbelief, they will be grafted in, for God is able to graft them in again.
(Luke 22:27 [NIV2])
For who is greater, the one who is at the table or the one who serves? Is it not the one who is at the table? But I am among you as one who serves.
My Lord serves the Jews at the table, why? When the gospel takes hold God's kingdom will be over all the earth and the enemies of God will be under foot. The enemies of the the gospel will not be under foot. See God give this job to Christ and the church is His works. Works can't save us but faith that works can.
(Rom 15:8 [NIV2])
For I tell you that Christ has become a servant of the Jews on behalf of God’s truth, so that the promises made to the patriarchs might be confirmed
Christ Jesus is bring the promise to pass those the church.
(Heb 11:10 [NIV2])
For he was looking forward to the city with foundations, whose architect and builder is God.
(Eph 3:6 [NIV2])
This mystery is that through the gospel the Gentiles are heirs together with Israel, members together of one body, and sharers together in the promise in Christ Jesus.
(Eph 3:7 [NIV2])
I became a servant of this gospel by the gift of God’s grace given me through the working of his power.
(Eph 3:9 [NIV2])
and to make plain to everyone the administration of this mystery, which for ages past was kept hidden in God, who created all things.
(Eph 3:10 [NIV2])
His intent was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms,
(Eph 3:11 [NIV2])
according to his eternal purpose that he accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Why did Jesus die?
(Rom 8:3 [NIV2])
For what the law was powerless to do because it was weakened by the flesh, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in the flesh,
(Rom 8:4 [NIV2])
in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.
What if we reject why Jesus died?
(Heb 10:29 [NIV2])
How much more severely do you think someone deserves to be punished who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, who has treated as an unholy thing the blood of the covenant that sanctified them, and who has insulted the Spirit of grace?
How do we show God we love him?
(1John 5:2 [NIV2])
This is how we know that we love the children of God: by loving God and carrying out his commands.
(1John 5:3 [NIV2])
In fact, this is love for God: to keep his commands. And his commands are not burdensome,
Yes, we love another second for the first thing we do is this:
(1Cor 16:1 [NIV2])
Now about the collection for the Lord’s people: Do what I told the Galatian churches to do.
(1Cor 16:2 [NIV2])
On the first day of every week, each one of you should set aside a sum of money in keeping with your income, saving it up, so that when I come no collections will have to be made.
(1Cor 16:3 [NIV2])
Then, when I arrive, I will give letters of introduction to the men you approve and send them with your gift to Jerusalem.
What about a gospel that does not teach “to the Jew first” who will stand in the temple when it build? Changing the gospel and suppressing the truth.
(Rom 1:18 [NIV2])
The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their wickedness,
(Rom 1:19 [NIV2])
since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them.
(Rom 1:20 [NIV2])
For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.
(Matt 24:45 [NIV2])
“Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom the master has put in charge of the servants in his household to give them their food at the proper time?
(Matt 24:46 [NIV2])
It will be good for that servant whose master finds him doing so when he returns.
We know the time in Duet 16:16. But there is a time coming they will say blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.
(Luke 21:20 [NIV2])
“When you see Jerusalem being surrounded by armies, you will know that its desolation is near.
(Matt 23:39 [NIV2])
For I tell you, you will not see me again until you say, ‘Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.’ ”
The church has been called to help. Or we could do this until our Lord comes back?
(Mark 7:7 [NIV2])
They worship me in vain; their teachings are merely human rules.’
(Mark 7:8 [NIV2])
You have let go of the commands of God and are holding on to human traditions.”
(Mark 7:9 [NIV2])
And he continued, “You have a fine way of setting aside the commands of God in order to observe your own traditions!
Men added things to the laws such as the washing of hands, which is good. But we should never set God's commandments to the side to do what men have added. It is impossible to follow all the commandments of man and of God perfectly. But it is easy to give to God's elect as commanded by God.
(Mark 7:5 [NIV2])
So the Pharisees and teachers of the law asked Jesus, “Why don’t your disciples live according to the tradition of the elders instead of eating their food with defiled hands?”
What would happen if all the church would do what Christ Jesus is doing?
(Heb 7:5 [NIV2])
Now the law requires the descendants of Levi who become priests to collect a tenth from the people—that is, from their fellow Israelites—even though they also are descended from Abraham.
We do Heb 7:5 during the Sabbath feasts listed in Deut 16:16. How do we serve the Father? Why doesn't the Church? Heb 7:8, Serving the Jews as in Heb 7:5 is the same as serving God. This gospel is also taught in Rom 11:28 The Jews that the Father has chosen are loved because the gospel tells us to love them. It a command. John says:
(1John 5:2 [NIV2])
This is how we know that we love the children of God: by loving God and carrying out his commands.
(1John 5:3 [NIV2])
In fact, this is love for God: to keep his commands. And his commands are not burdensome,
Paul says:
(1Cor 16:1 [NIV2])
Now about the collection for the Lord’s people: Do what I told the Galatian churches to do.
(1Cor 16:2 [NIV2])
On the first day of every week, each one of you should set aside a sum of money in keeping with your income, saving it up, so that when I come no collections will have to be made.
(1Cor 16:3 [NIV2])
Then, when I arrive, I will give letters of introduction to the men you approve and send them with your gift to Jerusalem.
Paul also says:
(Rom 15:8 [NIV2])
For I tell you that Christ has become a servant of the Jews on behalf of God’s truth, so that the promises made to the patriarchs might be confirmed
Paul also says this and it the same gospel to the elected Jews first, for it is the works God created in Christ for the church to do. I know there other things to do in the church by the people but the leaders are to see to this first never setting aside this command.
[ (Eph 3:9 [NIV2])
and to make plain to everyone the administration of this mystery, which for ages past was kept hidden in God, who created all things.
Eph 2:10 [NIV2])
For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do,
So what would happen if all the church did God will? God enemies would be under foot. And Christ would be on His way. For the promise made to the elect would have come to pass, which is the fulfillment of the word that was given to Abraham.
