Who is at the Table?
(Luke 22:27 [NIV2])
For who is greater, the one who is at the table or the one who serves? Is it not the one who is at the table? But I am among you as one who serves.
(Heb 9:2 [NIV2])
A tabernacle was set up. In its first room were the lampstand and the table with its consecrated bread this was called the Holy Place.
(Heb 9:8 [NIV2])
The Holy Spirit was showing by this that the way into the Most Holy Place had not yet been disclosed as long as the first tabernacle was still functioning.
(Heb 9:9 [NIV2])
This is an illustration for the present time, indicating that the gifts and sacrifices being offered were not able to clear the conscience of the worshiper.
(Heb 9:10 [NIV2])
They are only a matter of food and drink and various ceremonial washings—external regulations applying until the time of the new order.
(Rom 15:8 [NIV2])
For I tell you that Christ has become a servant of the Jews on behalf of God’s truth, so that the promises made to the patriarchs might be confirmed
Luke and Romans are in agreement. Luke 22:28 says Christ and the church, that stood by Christ, serve those at the table for the present time until the new order. Only Christ Jesus can set up the new order. He will not do it until His enemies are His footstool . This will happen when the peace treaty is signed. But the end is not yet. In 3 and a half years, the one they made the treaty with and gave their power to will break it. Then Christ Jesus will come and sit up the New order.
(Heb 7:5 [NIV2])
Now the law requires the descendants of Levi who become priests to collect a tenth from the people—that is, from their fellow Israelites—even though they also are descended from Abraham.
(Rom 2:10 [NIV2])
but glory, honor and peace for everyone who does good: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile.
(Rom 2:11 [NIV2])
For God does not show favoritism.
(Rom 2:13 [NIV2])
For it is not those who hear the law who are righteous in God’s sight, but it is those who obey the law who will be declared righteous.
The ones in Heb 7:5 are brothers that become priest in the order of Melchizedek. and Abraham give a tenth and Isaac and Jacob believe in the same promise.
(Heb 11:9 [NIV2])
By faith he made his home in the promised land like a stranger in a foreign country he lived in tents, as did Isaac and Jacob, who were heirs with him of the same promise.
(Heb 11:10 [NIV2])
For he was looking forward to the city with foundations, whose architect and builder is God.
Even Abraham, Issac and Jacob had give to the priests and this has not changed. Abraham and his descendants knew the law requires us to give to the high priest. The priests are in the order of Melchizedek. God can not lie, Melchizedek is still priest today. Those priests are here on earth. They are the ones at the table and Christ Jesus is serving them. The new order is not here, yet. That will be the thousand years.
(Heb 6:20 [NIV2])
where our forerunner, Jesus, has entered on our behalf. He has become a high priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek.
But Abraham descendants have not received the promise, the new order, yet. The law still stands today because there are more to save.
(Rom 11:25 [NIV2])
I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers and sisters, so that you may not be conceited: Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full number of the Gentiles has come in,
I, Charles Forshee, declare it as: Rom11:28 The priest in the in the order of Melchizedek, they are enemies of the gospel. But like Melchizedek was loved by Abraham because the law of God requires it. Abraham and his descendants are patriarchs of the word of God, the enemies of the gospel are loved.
Why did Jesus come?
(Rom 8:3 [NIV2])
For what the law was powerless to do because it was weakened by the flesh, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in the flesh,
(Rom 8:4 [NIV2])
in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.
(Eph 3:9 [NIV2])
and to make plain to everyone the administration of this mystery, which for ages past was kept hidden in God, who created all things.
(Eph 3:10 [NIV2])
His intent was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms,
(Eph 3:11 [NIV2])
according to his eternal purpose that he accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Those at the table are chosen by God to be at the table until the right number of Gentiles come in.
(Heb 9:2 [NIV2])
A tabernacle was set up. In its first room were the lampstand and the table with its consecrated bread this was called the Holy Place.
(Heb 9:9 [NIV2])
This is an illustration for the present time, indicating that the gifts and sacrifices being offered were not able to clear the conscience of the worshiper.
They are only a matter of food and drink and various ceremonial washings—external regulations applying until the time of the new order.
The new order will come but Christ, the mediator will prove He died first. When He come back.
(Heb 9:15 [NIV2])
For this reason Christ is the mediator of a new covenant, that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance—now that he has died as a ransom to set them free from the sins committed under the first covenant.
I, Charles, give this testimony Rom 8:3-4, God sent His son to die removing sin so we, the church, can serve those God put at the table of God's government. All nations will submit to it. Rev 17:17 they will be underfoot. The new order. Satan will break the new order but the nations will still be underfoot. We know this is the time to start looking for Jesus coming.
(Heb 9:16 [NIV2])
In the case of a will, it is necessary to prove the death of the one who made it,
(Zech 12:10 [NIV2])
“And I will pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and supplication. They will look on me, the one they have pierced, and they will mourn for him as one mourns for an only child, and grieve bitterly for him as one grieves for a firstborn son.
(Heb 9:23 [NIV2])
It was necessary, then, for the copies of the heavenly things to be purified with these sacrifices, but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these.
This is why the temple will be build again. But the law does not say give to the temple, the law said to give to the chosen priest.
(Heb 7:5 [NIV2])
Now the law requires the descendants of Levi who become priests to collect a tenth from the people—that is, from their fellow Israelites—even though they also are descended from Abraham.
Under the law it the same as giving to God. God's wonderful law also says we are not guilty until we know what God wants. Heb7:8
Heb 8:3 [NIV2])
Every high priest is appointed to offer both gifts and sacrifices, and so it was necessary for this one also to have something to offer.
(Heb 8:4 [NIV2])
If he were on earth, he would not be a priest, for there are already priests who offer the gifts prescribed by the law.
If Jesus would not have left, He would not be at the table He would be serving. But He left and the church is serving with the spirit those at the table.
(Luke 22:28 [NIV2])
You are those who have stood by me in my trials.
(Luke 22:29 [NIV2])
And I confer on you a kingdom, just as my Father conferred one on me,
(Luke 22:30 [NIV2])
so that you may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom and sit on thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
(Heb 11:13 [NIV2])
All these people were still living by faith when they died. They did not receive the things promised they only saw them and welcomed them from a distance, admitting that they were foreigners and strangers on earth.
We are as aliens until our Lord's enemies are His footstool. Then the new order will come when Christ Jesus comes. Did Jesus come so we could change the law? No.
(Matt 5:19 [NIV2])
Therefore anyone who sets aside one of the least of these commands and teaches others accordingly will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
(Matt 5:20 [NIV2])
For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven.
(Matt 7:20 [NIV2])
Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them.
(Matt 7:21 [NIV2])
“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.
The men will right down the fruit.
