About us
Blue Star Ministries, operated by Charles and Stacie Forshee, is a servant of giving to the Jews in Jerusalem. We believe this is how to fulfill the first and second commandment.
We believe as the Bible says, we are aliens on earth sent by God to serve until the promise of the kingdom is here. We are patriarchs of the promise. We give the testimony that Jesus Christ is coming and of the work Christ does.
(Matt 24:14 [NIV2]) And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.
(Rom 15:8 [NIV2]) For I tell you that Christ has become a servant of the Jews on behalf of God’s truth, so that the promises made to the patriarchs might be confirmed
(Heb 11:10-14 [NIV2])10 For Abraham and his descendant was looking forward to the city with foundations, whose architect and builder is. 11And by faith even Sarah, who was past childbearing age, was enabled to bear children because she considered him faithful who had made the promise. 12 And so from this one man, and he as good as dead, came descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as countless as the sand on the seashore. 13All these people were still living by faith when they died. They did not receive the things promised they only saw them and welcomed them from a distance, admitting that they were foreigners and strangers on earth.14 People who say such things show that they are looking for a country of their own.
(Heb 7:8 [NIV2]) In the one case, the tenth is collected by people who die but in the other case, by him who is declared to be living.
Blue Star Ministries believes the one who is declared to be living is Jesus Christ. Giving to the Jews that believe in Jesus Christ in Jerusalem by faith. We believe it the same thing as giving to our Father in heaven. So we believe it fulfilled the first and most important commandment.
(Mark 12:29-30 [NIV2]) 29 “The most important one,” answered Jesus, “is this: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. 30 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’
Then we believe serving our neighbor is the second.
(Matt 22:39-40 [NIV2]) 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments."
